December 2002 Federal government publishes HIPAA FAQs As HIPAA deadlines approach, the HHS Office of Civil Rights has finally issued guidance on the privacy issues. Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights has just released a 120-page document that answers many of the questions you may have concerning HIPAA.
