Tessa Announces Second Phase of
Debt Elimination, Restructuring

Bel Air, Md. - Tessa Complete Health Care Inc. has completed negotiations and reached agreements on a second phase of debt elimination, as part of the company's plan to reduce more than $1.7 million in debt.

The restructuring process is part of the company's overall plan to refocus its business strategy from acquiring existing chiropractic and medical practices to a new plan of establishing rehabilitative clinics within nationally recognized health club facilities.
