The Foot Levelers 2015 fall seminar season got underway this past weekend in Orlando as Mitch Mally, DC, and Brian Jensen, DC, conducted continuing education classes at the Florida Chiropractic Association National convention. The pair kick-off a seminar season that will see 23 classes, on seven different topics, hosted by nine different lecturers in 23 unique locations.
These chiropractors have distinguished themselves by being symbols of vision, leadership, bravery, courage, honor, pride, determination, and grace. They set goals, discuss ideas, inspire others and press on toward greatness.
An inconsistent sleep schedule can throw off the body’s sleep and waking pattern, or circadian rhythm, reports the September 2015 Harvard Health Letter. “It can lead to insomnia, but people don’t realize that their schedule is causing the problem,” says sleep specialist Cynthia Dorsey, PhD, assistant professor of psychology in Harvard Medical School’s psychiatry department.
Seventeen researchers and clinicians, representing five countries and expertise in physical therapy, chiropractic, exercise science, athletic training, and massage therapy, presented their research on Performance Health products, including TheraBand, Biofreeze, and Cramer brands.
Bethany Pellow was the recipient of a Foot Levelers 3D BodyView imaging system, an Activator Methods Activator V, an MR4 laser from Multi Radiance, and a Lloyd Table of her choice. Pellow’s name was pulled at random during a drawing on Saturday at the FCA National convention.

Whitney Lowe, LMT, receives the Performance Health/Massage Therapy Foundation 2015 Humanitarian Award
Whitney Lowe was honored for his efforts in embracing the power of massage and the mission of the Massage Therapy Foundation to promote education and research while serving others. Marshall Dahneke, chief executive officer, Performance Heath, had the pleasure of presenting the award to Lowe.
The record-setting weekend was thanks in large part to the company’s new line of custom orthotic flip-flops. Introduced at the three-day event was the newest flip-flop, Bling. Bling joins Seabreeze, Midnight Breeze, and Catamaran in the company’s line of custom orthotic flip-flops, which was originally introduced in January 2015.
Students may begin submitting applications immediately. The deadline for submissions is February 29, 2016. Winner notifications will go out on or before June 1, 2016, and the winner will be announced during The National Convention in Orlando in August of 2016.

Logan University held its 177th commencement for the degrees of Doctor of Chiropractic, Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance and Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation on Saturday, August 22, 2015 in the William D. Purser, DC Center on the campus of Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri.
