ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: PRESS READY PDF PREFERRED
• QuarkXPress document with colors in CMYK mode. Please collect for output to include all supporting graphics, fonts for document, and color printout. All artwork must be saved as TIFF, or EPS (in CMYK mode, 300 dpi), in Photoshop or Illustrator. If supplying Illustrator files please convert ALL text to outline.
• EPS, TIFF, JPEG, or PDF files, saved in high-res, CMYK mode
• All PMS colors (in any program) MUST be converted to CYMK. (If we have to convert it for you a color shift may occur).
• Microsoft Publisher, PageMaker, and Corel files are NOT accepted. We are MAC-based, therefore we cannot use PC fonts. There is no guarantee we will have a Mac equivalent. We will match fonts as closely as possible. If your ad was created in Microsoft Publisher or Corel, export the file as a JPEG, TIFF, or EPS, and embed all fonts and graphics.
FILES ACCEPTED VIA:
• 100 MB Zip disk, or CD-ROM (preferred method).
Please include a hardcopy color printout of ad along with disk.
• E-mail (ONLY if file is under 2 MB in size).
• FTP, using Fetch (or similar FTP program). For Macintosh, Fetch can be downloaded at www.fetchsoftworks.com. For PC, WS_FTP can be downloaded at www.ipswitch.com. Instructions: Insert host name where asked: ftp://www.chiroeco.com. User name and password are not needed. Put files into Incoming folder. If sending files via FTP, please put YOUR company in the file name. Be sure to supply your sales representative with a hardcopy printout of your ad materials by faxing to 904-285-9944.
ACCEPTABLE TRADITIONAL ART
• 2 1/4" or 4" x 5" transparency, up to 8" x 10" continuous tone print photograph, 35mm slide, up to 8" x 10" line art, up to 8" x 10" reflective art.
