William L. Wilke, CFA, named interim chancellor for Palmer College
December 4, 2008 — In response to the resignation of Palmer College of Chiropractic Chancellor Larry Patten on Dec. 3, 2008, the Palmer Board of Trustees has appointed William L. Wilke, CFA, to serve as the College’s interim chancellor.
“Mr. Wilke has been a valuable member of the Board’s Executive Committee and has led the Finance and Operations Committee for several years,” said Board Chairman Trevor Ireland, DC “The Board felt that his experience and management style would serve us well as we enter this period of transition.”
Mr. Wilke, a respected Quad-City area businessman and a member of the Palmer Board of Trustees since 1998, has taken an immediate leave of absence from the Board to serve in this interim role.
