Coach your employees

Coaching is the process of giving employees the tools, knowledge, and opportunities so they can develop themselves.

Consider these coaching concepts:
• Coaches don’t develop people, the equip them to develop themselves.

/>• Coaching is not an occasional conversation; it’s a continuous process.
• Coaches don’t focus on fixing problems, they cultivate employee's abilities.
