Winter safety tasks include spinal checkups
January 31, 2012 — During the winter season there are a number of basic rituals or tasks we often do including: rotating and balancing the tires, changing the antifreeze and replacing the batteries in our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
However, the most important task we should focus on is not just maintaining, but improving our health and the health of our family.
