House approves $42 billion bill to aid small businesses

September 24, 2010 — After a 237-147 vote, Congress passed a bill Thursday that would provide relief to struggling small businesses.

The $42 billion bill will provide small businesses with incentives that will help with credit and the expansion and hiring of new workers.
