Educate the spouse

Sometimes the simplest request a doctor can make to a patient is to ask for the spouse or partner be a part of the report-of-findings. This is a great opportunity for educating your patient and for inviting the spouse or partner to become a patient.

Offer the spouse or partner a complimentary exam and consultation in show of your appreciation of their attendance.
