The Wellness Board is a network of complementary healthcare practitioners, whose goal is to support and promote awareness of our various healing modalities in an ethical, moral, and professional environment.

The purpose of the Wellness Board is to establish referral and support relationships in and among the group so that we can help each other and our community. We want to be a presence and a resource for people in the community — a place where they can go for health-related services and education.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Members are required to attend monthly meetings, which are held the third Wednesday of every month at noon. The location of the meeting rotates among members.

• The host of the monthly meeting makes a presentation to the group concerning his/her profession/business and how members can make referrals.

• Members are also required to do one external event in the community (such as a health fair or speaking event) on behalf of the group.

• Members are encouraged to visit and get to know and learn from each other to establish stronger referral relationships and support.
