Quick Tips

Track your success

Improve your office operations by keeping track of the successful things you do in the office every day. Simply make a list and include every step that contributed to that success.

Also develop a list of activities for every individual in the office. Do not underestimate the power of the simple things, such as maintaining a positive attitude and smiling. And include things such as staff meetings, thank you notes, newsletters, and successful ads on your list.

When you analyze your list, you may be surprised to find that not all tasks on your “success list” are being done. Keep task lists handy and use them daily to keep the practice moving upward.

Great practices are built on the power of the basics. Use this list to keep those basics working and watch your practice flourish.

Be good

When you are good to your staff, everyone on your team will convey to your patients how they feel about your office environment.

Train your staff

Train your entire staff thoroughly on any additional products or services your practice offers. When everyone can easily discuss product use and services, you are promoting your practice on several different levels.
