The current federal minimum wage is $5.15 per hour. However, some states have minimum wages that are higher than the federal standard. According to the U.S. Department of Labor (www.dol.gov) these states are:

Minnesota, $6.15 (revenues more than $625K); $5.25 (revenues less than $625K)
