Where to locate?

As you consider the actual site of your clinic, you’ll have to decide between two types of locations: retail spaces and professional centers.

Retail spaces are more expensive, but are more visible and have a higher concentration of activity due to all of the other businesses in that location. Generally you can put up signage to identify your clinic and encourage walk-in patients.

Professional centers are usually less expensive. Professional centers have limited signage, a limiting factor for walk-in patients, and the potential for new patients.
