A ‘thank you’ to patients

Rottinghaus values his new patients, who seem to flock to his clinic’s doors. He and his staff show their gratitude in several ways:

• Thank-you letter.

All new patients receive a thank you letter from the doctor and/or therapist who treated them.

• Next-visit coupon. Along with the thank-you letter, the new patient receives a $10-off coupon for the next visit.

• ‘Thanks for the referral.’ Additionally, they distribute $10-off coupons at all events, and regularly thank patients for referrals with the same coupons.
