A special book for children
Lulu’s Rose Colored Glasses
by Gretchan A. Pyne is not a chiropractic textbook or a how-to manual for self-development, leadership or practice management. It is a children’s book, written by Lulu’s mother, a children’s author. Lulu (Olivia Lynn) was a four-year-old girl who wanted to be a chiropractor, just like her daddy. But she didn’t have that opportunity. She died in a freak accident. The heavy, metal industrial bicycle rack she was standing on while pointing to a double rainbow and licking an ice cream cone toppled over on her and crushed her heart. Resuscitation failed.
The book Lulu’s mother wrote tells the true heartwarming story of Lulu and her rose-colored glasses and how the world looks better when you take time to see it. It is first in a series of six. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book is donated to the Olivia Lynn Pyne Scholarship Fund.
