Mixing work and
play
College events offer complete educational opportunities
High school and undergraduate homecoming
events usually center on football games and tailgate barbeques.
Homecoming events for chiropractic colleges are a little different:
They center on learning.
Chiropractic Economics asked the
country’s chiropractic colleges to tell us about their
premier educational events. We found that whether these events
are called “homecoming” or go by another name
(such as Lyceum), chiropractors can earn continuing education
credits for license renewal and participate in practice-building
sessions. And many of these affairs provide learning opportunities
for family members and for chiropractic assistants.
Top name speakers — from within the
chiropractic profession as well as outside of it — are
also a feature at many of these events. For a modest fee,
you can learn from the best.
If you are ready for a “change of
educational scenery” or just want to visit another college
campus to meet new people, we offer the following roundup
of premier educational events for your consideration.
