Quick Marketing Tips
Targeting the corporate arena
Contact local businesses and offer to organize on-site, three-hour employee health fairs, and then coordinate a group of local, wellness-minded health practitioners to participate along with you.
Offer free spinal screenings and schedule appointments. On average, I book 15 potential patients at such fairs and convert eight of them to long-term care.
I organize approximately 24 fairs annually. Thats an average of almost 200 new clients per year.
There are two keys to organizing a successful event:
Targeted marketing. Work with businesses with a minimum of 100 employees that are close to your office and offer excellent healthcare coverage for their employees.
No cost. Provide the health fairs free to the companies and employees.

E-communication
Attracting new patients to your practice is a matter of making contacts. The more contacts you make with potential new patients, the greater your opportunities to convert them to patients in your practice. The best investment in new patient marketing technology that a chiropractor can make is to invest the time, energy and effort in becoming Internet proficient. The Nets finest application is e-mail, because it offers frequency for free.
You can encourage your patients to keep in touch with your practice through a weekly or semi-weekly inspirational, motivational and informational electronic newsletter. The best part about an electronic newsletter is that with the click of a mouse your patients pass it on to everyone in their address book. Chiropractors across the country can establish themselves as the editors of electronic health magazines for their communities. These content-driven websites provide existing and potential patients with updates on health information, items of local interest and articles written by community-based healthcare providers who become excellent sources of referrals to your practice.
