1919 — Three schools open in New York, N.Y.: Carver Chiropractic Institute, Columbia Institute of Chiropractic and Standard School of Chiropractic.

Carver Chiropractic Institute merged with Logan College of Chiropractic, Chesterfield, Mo., in 1958. Columbia Institute of Chiropractic merged with New York Chiropractic College, Seneca Falls, N.Y., in 1977.
