What codes should you use?

Editor’s note: In Vol. 50, Issue 5, Marty Kotlar, DC writes on “Don’t get caught in a truncated-coding trap.” To help you avoid that “trap,” he provides a list of four and five-digit diagnoses codes that are commonly used by doctors of chiropractic. The codes are divided into cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions.
